i want to convert to electric imp but my rfid readers needs 5v .electric imp outputs 3.3 right?
Ho can i power my rfid reader with 5v? with electric imp?
if you have an aprilboard you can power them both with 5V
…but bear in mind that a 5v RFID reader will output a 5v signal. You need to clamp that at 3.3v before feeding it into an imp.
